Mods on the PC ports
Bloodborne PC graphics and quality-of-life changes depend on the community fork or mod. The sources below document built-in options; they do not establish a verified ranking of Nexus downloads or an official Sony mod menu.
The Nexus hub could be read, but individual mod pages were access-limited. No author attribution, installation recipe or compatibility claim is inferred from a search snippet.
Built-in options versus separate mods
Supermedo's fixed windows-v1.9.4 README lists frame-rate controls, DLSS, FSR, graphics settings and a mod loader. The original bbport README describes community patches and graphics controls. A selectable 60/90/120 cap is not evidence that your PC sustains that frame rate.
Do not assume a mod written for one fork or emulator build is compatible with another. The separate co-op page distinguishes maintainer-documented features from the Nexus mod manual that could not be read.
Keep shared sessions separate from experiments
Supermedo documents cheat options. Read the selected server's rules and back up saves before experimenting. This page does not promise compatibility, save safety or protection from moderation.
Questions
Is there an official PC 60fps mod?
No official PC mod was identified in the checked publisher material. Higher-frame-rate PC controls discussed here are community features, not a Sony update.
Where is the Nexus catalog?
Use the Bloodborne hub linked below. The hub was readable, but individual mod details were not fully verified; no top-ten list or installation order is claimed here.
