I split access onto its own page after I watched the steps get compressed into “beat Amelia.” The overview can stay about what you bought. The US PlayStation page checked on 24 October 2026 lists the standalone expansion at $9.99 on sale, normally $19.99; prices and offer eligibility vary by region and account. If you buy GOTY or the Complete Edition Bundle, the expansion is already in the package.
What is inside
The Hunter’s Nightmare, the Research Hall, the Astral Clocktower, and the Fishing Hamlet. The four published DLC fight guides cover Ludwig, Maria, Orphan and Laurence. Living Failures is the gate between Ludwig and Maria.
There is no mandatory Blood Level. The community wiki reproduces a guide recommendation of about BL80 and a +9 right-hand weapon for a more forgiving first visit. It is advice, not a developer gate. Complete the expansion before selecting a base-game ending, which advances the character to NG+.
