PS4: official release. PS5: the PS4 game through backward compatibility, with a warning that some PS4 features may be absent. No separate native PS5 edition was identified in the checked publisher material.
No official Xbox, Switch, PC, Mac, iOS or Android edition was found in the publisher sources checked. That is not a prediction about future releases. Community PC runtimes, shadPS4 and the ducvd89 Android project have different requirements and are not Sony products.
The Android project has a 2026 release history. Separately, the Bloodborne Mobile subscription-app warning is from Gamereactor's 25 October 2022 investigation, not a second 2026 port announcement.
Streaming and local software are not the same
PlayStation Plus on PC is an official streaming service, but Extra catalog inclusion alone does not prove Bloodborne is currently streamable in that app for a particular account and region. No game-specific PC-app check was performed.
A community release or a name appearing on an app store does not establish publisher authorization. Check the project identity, version and stated file requirements rather than downloading an APK from an advertisement.

No publisher Mac edition was identified. shadPS4 is community software; its README and quickstart disagree on macOS versions, so check the exact build requirements.
