Android, iOS, and the fake app

No official phone edition was found in the checked publisher sources. Two different histories need separating: ducvd89's community Android project in 2026 and Gamereactor's investigation of a subscription app in October 2022.

The Android repository and its fixed application release are identifiable. No APK was installed or benchmarked here, and the current availability of the older Bloodborne Mobile store listing was not checked.

The community Android project

The ducvd89 README targets Android 9+ with Snapdragon/Adreno graphics. It says Mali is not supported and identifies tests on AYN Thor with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Oppo Find N5 with Snapdragon 8 Elite, using 16 GB RAM. That is a maintainer test list, not a guarantee for other devices.

The game's x86-64 executable is translated to ARM64 through FEXCore, with replacement system libraries and Vulkan rendering. Calling this a native Android app does not mean x86-64 game code runs directly on ARM without translation. The project asks for game files with update 1.09.

The checked app release is android-1.2.0, published 20 October 2026. Its APK is 41,073,441 bytes, about 39.17 MiB, excluding the game. A release named atlas-maps-2 is map data, not the application version. No phone frame-rate or full-clear claim is made here.

The older subscription-app warning

Gamereactor's original investigation is dated 25 October 2022. It described a Bloodborne Mobile subscription listing as an impostor. Australia's classification record is dated 23 October 2022 and names Rock Great Games, not Sony, as publisher.

Those are historical records, not proof that the app remains available today. A familiar title, classification entry or subscription page is not evidence of an official Sony phone release.

Questions

Is there an official Bloodborne phone version?

No official Android or iOS edition was found in the publisher material checked as of 24 October 2026. The ducvd89 project is community software.

Was the Bloodborne Mobile warning from 2026?

No. The Gamereactor investigation was published on 25 October 2022, and the Australian classification is dated 23 October 2022. Its current store availability was not verified.

Does the Android app include the game?

No. The project requires your own game files with update 1.09. The roughly 39.17 MiB APK size is the fixed app release only, not the game's installation size.
