GOTY, standard, and Complete Edition
The European GOTY announcement packages Bloodborne with The Old Hunters. The US PlayStation Store explicitly lists those contents for the Complete Edition Bundle. These are editions of the same game, not a sequel.
Two official European posts give different late-November 2015 dates: the 13 October GOTY announcement says 27 November, while the 24 November digital-store update lists 25 November. This is a difference between published notices, not evidence from a URL slug alone.
Names and content
Standard Bloodborne is the base game. The Old Hunters is the expansion; the 24 November 2015 European store update lists the DLC for that day. The GOTY announcement bundles both.
